A structured methodology that addresses the requirements for integration is necessary for successful implementation of integration solutions.

Traditional integration delivery methodologies focus on building software applications. Today's e-business integration projects however, are centered on technology implementations and connectivity. They involve the implementation and configuration of integration technologies, along with the addition of specific software components that bind the selected technologies. These software components are in the form of adapters, routers, and/or mapping services.

To address this concern, InfoPrag has developed the Three Dimensional Delivery Framework.

The first dimension describes in a layered view the fundamental technology components for integration. The second dimension, "Approach", outlines a phased implementation approach by mapping the technology layers to the core deliverables for each implementation phase. The third dimension, "Disciplines", maps the individual disciplines to the integration technology layer and the corresponding implementation phase.

Approach Dimension
The implementation approach is built on four distinct phases. The phases are executed in an iterative way. One of the main building blocks of our approach is architecture patterns that describe the implementation scenario for each technology layer. Utilizing the architecture pattern approach significantly reduces the implementation time and recognizes the specific configuration, construction and implementation requirements for e-business solutions. InfoPrag's collection of patterns consists of a selection of readily available patterns supplemented by new patterns that are consistently developed at InfoPrag for the various technology layers and integration scenarios.

Disciplines Dimension
Adding the dimension of disciplines provides execution to integration initiatives. InfoPrag brings its resource of leading e-business integration professionals who are:
